Facility Information

CLUBHOUSE HOURS: Office is open from 8:00AM – 9:00PM Monday – Sunday.

FITNESS CENTER HOURS: Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 8:45PM. Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM – 8:45PM. Fitness Center Age Requirements: No persons under 15 years of age allowed in the Fitness Center. Children aged 15 - 17 are allowed in Fitness Center when accompanied by parent/guardian 18 or older with signed Liability Waiver (due to liability concerns). Must possess valid Clubhouse Identification Card. Member must complete and sign Fitness Center Liability Waiver. You must pay a non-refundable fee.

MPII Residents Only: Pool and Gym are fully open. We ask that you please use your MPII ID card for gym, pool, basketball, tennis/pickleball and playground access. We ask that you wipe down all the gym equipment after use.

Gas Grill: Will be available for residents and a cleaning checklist must be picked up prior to using the grill (please obtain form from the oƯice).

Pool and Splash Pad Hours: Daily 9:00AM – Dusk. If the weather is inclement, the pool and splash pad will close, and all residents must leave pool deck and pool area. *No Lifeguards are on Duty. Children under 14 are to be supervised by parents. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children 14 and over may receive an ID card with parents’ authorization. * Use of Pool and Splash Pad is at your own risk.

Playgrounds: Daily 9:00AM – 8:00PM. No kids over the age of 12 are allowed on the equipment. Adult supervision required.

Basketball Courts: Daily 8:00AM – 8:45PM. Children under 14 are to be supervised by parents, guardian or adult (18 and over). Basketball court is for basketball only.
